摘要
围绕铁路轴承行业磨削加工需要解决的自动化问题,建立包括主机设备、机械手自动上下料系统、物流传输系统、信息化生产管理系统为一体的自动生产线。为了解决轴承套圈在整个工序加工过程中,工件姿态角度的不同,创新设计了新型的四轴桁架机械手,实现不同工件姿态的上下料需求。
Focusing on the automatic problems that needed to be addressed in grinding process in railway bearing industry,the thesis presents the establishment of integrated automatic production line including main engine facility,automatic loading and unloading system,flexible logistics system and digital factory system.In order to work out the different angles of work pieces in the whole production process of bearing rings,the thesis creatively designs new four-axis high-speed gantry robot,meeting the handling demands of different angles of work pieces.
