一种龙门机床自动旋转头库设计

A type of automatic rotating head storehouse on gantry machining center

为实现定梁龙门加工中心机床的附件头自动交换,设计了一种自动旋转头库。该头库由伺服电动机驱动并进行粗定位,通过相应检测装置进行精确定位,实现了附件头体的自动交换。实践表明,在头体数量不多的情况下,该头库在成本、效率和占地面积等方面要明显优于直线式自动头库。

In order to change the accessories head automatically on the fixed cross rail gantry machining center,this article introduces the design of an automatic rotating head storehouse.This head storehouse is drived and fixed roughly by a servo motor,then it is fixed precisely by the detection device.Finally,the storehouse realizes the function of automatic changing accessories head.Practice indicates,when the quantites is not more,the automatic rotating head storehouse is better than the linear automatic head storehouse in the aspects of cost,efficiency and occupying area.
