基于声发射信号的铣削加工表面粗糙度预测技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 使用声发射技术对铣削过程进行监测,通过对声发射信号进行频域分析,比较不同频段的能量比来在线预测加工后的表面粗糙度。 A new method which uses acoustic emission (AE) technology will be introduced,and the frequency domain analysis of AE signals will be used for prediction of surface roughness in milling.According to our research,the ratio by comparing the energy of different frequency band can be used for on-line prediction of surface roughness in milling.
