在数控铣削编程选择走刀路线和加工方式时,确定合理下刀点和进退刀量比较重要。挖槽加工外形时,可以指定从毛坯外部下刀。挖槽加工封闭区域时,需注意下刀问题。合理选择下刀点和加工工艺,能有效地避免过切和扎刀,提高生产效率。
The reasonable down-feed points and the amount of feed and retracting become extremely important when we choose the proceeding route and technique during the process of numerical controlled milling programming.We can choose the downfeed points outside of a workpiece if we want to mill a slot on the surface.But we should pay more attention to the points of down-feed if we want to mill a slot inside a closed space.The phenomenon of "over cutting and tool-crashing " can be avoided and production efficiency will be improved effectively if the down-feed points and proceeding technique chose reasonably.
