Assumption of studying the essence of spleen deficiency sydrome combined proteomics with metabonomics

脾虚证是中(兽)医临床最为常见的证候之一,其现代研究一直是中(兽)医基础理论研究中的重点和热点。笔者等通过分析近年来关于脾虚证研究现状及存在的问题,提出了联合蛋白组学与代谢组学探索脾虚证本质的构想,以期为脾虚证的现代化研究提供新的思路。

Spleen deficiency sydrome（SDS） is often observed in clinical practice,and its modern research is a key and hot point in the basic theoretical research of TCM or TCVM.The authors analyzed the status and existing problems in SDS research,and then put forward a assumption to study SDS essence combined proteomics with metabonomics,so as to provide a new thinking for SDS modernization research.
