百草肠毒清治疗家畜腹泻临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Baicao Changdu Qing on livestock diarrhea

百草肠毒清由白头翁、穿心莲、石榴皮等9味中药按一定比例配制而成。对架子猪、羔羊腹泻的防治试验结果表明,百草肠毒清、硫酸新霉素、硫酸粘菌素与空白对照组相比,治愈率均差异极显著(P<0.01);百草肠毒清组与硫酸新霉素组比较,治愈率与有效率均差异极显著(P<0.01);百草肠毒清组与硫酸粘菌素组比较,治愈率差异显著(P<0.05),有效率差异极显著(P<0.01);百草肠毒清组与肠毒清+新霉素组和肠毒清+粘菌素组相比较,治愈率及有效率均无显著性差异。临床试验证明,单独使用百草肠毒清对家畜腹泻疗效确切。

Baicao Changdu Qing is made up by 9 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in certain proportion,namely Radix Pulsatillae,Herba Andrographitis,Pericarpium Granati and so on.Experiment was carried out to evaluate the preventive and curative effects of the prescription on diarrhea in feeder pigs and lambs.The results showed as follows： There were significant difference（P0.01） among control group,Baicao Changdu Qing group,neomycin sulfate group and colistin sulfate group.Baicao Changdu Qing group had significant difference with neomycin sulfate group in curative rate and effective rate（P 0.01）.Also,Baicao Changdu Qing group had significant difference with colistin sulfate group in curative rate（P0.05） and effective rate（P0.01）.However,there was no significant difference between Baicao Changdu Qing group and compoud group（Baicao Changdu Qing,neomycin and colistin）（P0.05）.The series of clinical experiments confirmed that exclusive using Baicao Changdu Qing was effective on livestock diarrhea.
