颅骨缺损修补手术前后神经功能变化情况分析

Analysis of repair nerve function before and after surgery for the patients with skull defect

目的 观察颅骨缺损患者颅骨修补手术前后患者神经功能变化情况.方法 观察2008年1月至2012年8月GCS评分在8～12分的68例颅骨缺损患者手术前后神经功能变化情况.结果 颅骨修补手术1个月后患者ADL评分明显改善,NIHSS评分降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 颅骨修补手术不仅可使患者外形美观,给脑组织予以保护,而且还使患者神经功能明显改善,建议颅骨修补患者尽早行颅骨修补手术.

Objective To observe the changes of neurological function in patients with skull defects cranioplasty before and after surgery.Metbods From January 2008 to August 2012,68 cases of skull defects whose GCS score from 8 to 12 scales,before and after surgery were observed.Results Cranioplasty surgery after a month,the patient ADL score improved significantly,the NIHSS reduced,there was significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Cranioplasty surgery not only can make good appearance,protect the brain tissue,but also can significantly improve the neurological function of patients.Early cranioplasty surgery is recommended for patients needed cranioplasty.
