摘要
目的 分析骨纤维异常增殖症的临床特征,探讨X线、CT、MRI检查对骨纤维异常增殖症的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析35例经手术病理证实的骨纤维异常增殖症患者的X线、CT、MRI表现特点并与之对比.结果 骨纤维异常增殖症的影像学表现复杂,35例患者中单骨型29例,多骨型6例,全部患者均有骨膨胀和局部畸形,X线平片和CT上表现为囊状改变22例,磨玻璃样改变8例,虫噬样改变2例,丝瓜瓤样改变3例.MRI所呈现的信号特点依赖于骨小梁、细胞成分及胶原纤维的多少.结论 影像学表现对本病的诊断和治疗起着不可估量的作用,多种影像学检查方法对骨纤维异常增殖症的诊断各有优势,可互为补充.
Objective To analyze the characteristic of fibrous dysplasia of bone,and to investigate the diagnosis value of X-ray,CT,MR on fibrous dysplasia of bone.Methods Thirty-five cases which had been proved to be fibrous dysplasia by surgery pathology were compared between the imaging features and the pathology.Results Imaging findings of bone fibrous dysplasia were complexed.Twenty-nine patients had monostotic fibrous dysplasia and 6 cases had polyostotic lesions.All involved bone showed expand and deformed,Ⅹ-ray and CT showed the following features of the lesions:22 cases with sacciform images,8 cases with frosted glass form images,2 cases with insect biting form images and 3 cases with vegetable sponge images.The number of signal characteristic of MRI presented relied on bone trabecula,cells and collagenous fibers.Conclusions Imaging findings plays an invaluable role in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.All imaging techniques have their own advantage and can be used reciprocally.
