舒洛地特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死60例

Effect of sulodexide combined with edaravone on 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的 观察舒洛地特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例.对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用舒洛地特联合依达拉奉.观察治疗前后的欧洲脑卒中评分量表（ESS）评分变化及临床疗效.结果 治疗组显效率为65.0％,总有效率为93.3％；对照组显效率为40.0％,总有效率为75.0％,治疗组显效率和总有效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.对照组治疗后14 d ESS评分较治疗前高（P＜0.05）,但低于治疗组（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后7、14 dESS评分较治疗前和对照组均明显提高（P＜0.05）.结论 舒洛地特联合依达拉奉对治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果明显,安全有效,无不良反应,能改善患者生存质量.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of sulodexide combined with edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medical treatments,while the treatment group was given sulodexide combined with edaravone based on the treatment of the control group.The changes of European Stroke Scale （ESS）and clinical curative effect before and after the treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 65.0％,and the total effective rate was 93.3％.The effective rate of the control group was 40.0％,and the total effective rate was 75.0％.There were significont differences in the effective rates and total effective rates between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.After 14 days treatment,ESS scores of control group were higher than before （P ＜ 0.05）,but were lower than those of treatment group （P ＜ 0.05） ; after 7 and 14 days treatment,ESS scores of treatment group were obviously higher than before treatment and those of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Sulodexide combined with edaravone is effective and safety,has no adverse reaction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and it could improve the quality of patients＇ lives.
