老年高血压患者微量白蛋白尿与脂联素及颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

The relationship among the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis, adiponectin and microalbuminuria in aged patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的 探讨老年高血压患者微量白蛋白尿与脂联素及颈动脉粥样硬化的关系.方法 老年高血压患者80例[根据尿微量白蛋白分为高血压微量蛋白尿组(MAU组,n=40)和高血压正常蛋白尿组(NMAU组,n=40)]及健康对照组40例.测定各组尿微量白蛋白、脂联素(APN)等,彩色超声检测颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及粥样斑块,并进行比较.结果 MAU组的ANP低于NMAU组及对照组(P均<0.05),IMT高于NMAU组及对照组(P均<0.05),老年高血压患者微量白蛋白尿与APN呈负相关(P<0.05),与IMT呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 老年高血压患者血清脂联素及颈动脉粥样硬化与微量白蛋白尿的发生密切相关. Objective To investigate the relationship among the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis,adiponectin (APN)and microalbuminuria (MAU)in aged patients with essential hypertension.Methods Consecutive 80 aged patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups according to the MAU level:the group of patients with MAU (n =40) and the group of patients with normoalbuminuria (NMAU,n =40).And 40 healthy people were enrolled as healthy control group (n =40) MAU,APN and carotid artery intimamedia thickness (IMT) were determined in three groups.Results The levels of APN in MAU group were lower than those in NMAU group and healthy control group (P < 0.05) ; The levels of IMT in MAU group were thinker than those in NMAU group and healthy control group (P < 0.05) ; There were correlations of level of MAU and concentration of APN,IMT in aged patients with EH (P < 0.05).Conclusions The concentration of serum adiponection and carotid artery atherosclerosis are closely correlated with MAU in aged patients with essential hypertension.
