低场MR FLAIR(压水)序列与CT平扫在脑梗塞诊断中的对比分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨低场MR FLAIR(压水)序列与CT平扫对比分析在脑梗塞诊断中的临床应用。方法 50例患者均做常规CT平扫和MR T1W1、T2WI及FLAIR序列扫描,将CT平扫和MR FLAIR(压水)序列图像进行对比分析。结果本组50例CT平扫检出脑梗塞病灶86个,15例入院平扫未发现异常,CT检出阳性率为70%;MR FLAIR序列检出病灶205个,其中FLAIR发现软化灶10个,5例入院6h内未发现异常,MR阳性检出率为90%。MR FLAIR(压水)序列较CT平扫多检出的病灶,大部分位于脑干、脑室旁、脑表面及半卵园中心的白质区。结论脑CT平扫检查显示脑梗塞病灶的大小和部位准确率高,方便、快捷,扫描时间短,但24 h之内的脑梗塞病灶可能不被发现,或仅显示较为模糊的低密度区;低场MR FLAIR(压水)序列能检出CT平扫未能发现的和(或)分辨不清的病灶,特别是位于脑干和小脑的多灶性梗塞,MR FLAIR(压水)序列对新近梗塞和陈旧性梗塞灶有特征性区别,能弥补CT的不足。
