摘要
采用pH法从豆渣中提取大豆多糖,在对豆渣醇洗的基础上,通过单因素实验和响应面实验对影响大豆多糖得率的主要因素进行了分析优化。结果表明:pH法提取大豆多糖的最佳工艺条件为液料比30∶1、提取时间2.5 h、提取温度118℃、pH 4.0;在最佳工艺条件下,大豆多糖得率为(37.88±0.12)%。醇洗处理豆渣的提取工艺相对于未用乙醇处理的提取工艺可显著提高大豆多糖得率。
Polysaccharides in bean bregs were extracted by pH method. The bean dregs were pretreated by alcohol washing, and then the effects of ratio of liquid to material, pH, extraction temperature and extraction time on polysaccharides yield were investigated by single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ratio of liquid to material 30: 1, extraction time 2.5 h, extraction temperature 118 ℃ and pH 4.0. Under the optimal condi- tions, the polysaccharides yield was (37.88+ 0.12)%, which was much higher than that obtained by extraction without alcohol washing pretreatment.
