摘要
建立了转子-定子-轴承系统非稳态油膜力的力学模型,分析了该系统随转速变化的时域波形、幅值谱图和轴心轨迹,得出非稳态油膜力与转速变化密切相关的结论,显示了由油膜涡动到油膜振荡的变化过程,为有效诊断转子-定子-轴承系统油膜失稳的故障提供了理论依据。
The dynamics model of the unsteady oil film force of the rotor-stator-bearing system was established.The time-domain waveform,amplitude spectrum and axis orbit changed with speed were analyzed.The conclusion is that unsteady oil film force is closely related to the speed.The process that oil film whirl is translated to oil film oscillation is presented.It provides theoretical basis for fault diagnose of oil film instability for rotor-stator-bearing system.
