摘要
通过ADAMS仿真分析了空间复杂曲面切割机变胞机构构态切换时刻的冲击问题,利用改变驱动关节的运动规律的方法使得冲击最小化,并通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性,保证了变胞机构构态切换时机构运动的稳定性。
The impact problem when the complex-surface cutting metamorphic mechanism was changed the configuration was analyzed through ADAMS.The impact was minimized by changing the motion law of the drive joint.The effectiveness of this method was verified through simulation.So the stability of metamorphic mechanism is ensured.
