摘要
针对三排九仓位立体仓库模型,构建了由FX2N-PLC作为主站和从站的现场总线结构,介绍本地站单排立体仓库控制方法,详细分析了CC-Link对3个本地站总线信号传输原理、工作方式和技术要点,对各站对应的缓存地址进行了分配,阐明了数据链接的的关键要点,通过举例给出了数据传输格式以及数据链接的关键程序。系统根据PC机的指令,由主站PLC在总线上下发数据链接信号,自动控制立体仓库存取货物。
For the three rows nine positions three-dimensional warehouse model,field bus structure was built by the FX2N-PLC as the main and sub stations.The control method of single-row three-dimensional warehouse was introduced.CC-Link bus signal transmission principle,working mode and technical points of three local stations were analyzed.BMF address of each stations was allocated.The key points of data link were expounded.By way of example,data transmission format was pointed out,data link key program was given.According to the PC control instruction,the main PLC sended data link signal on the bus,automatically control access to the goods.
