摘要
针对传统采煤机滚筒调高系统不能实现采煤机滚筒调高轨迹的精确控制问题,应用电液比例技术设计采煤机滚筒调高液压系统。在AMESim环境下,建立采煤机滚筒调高电液比例开环和闭环PID控制系统模型进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。分析结果表明:所设计的电液比例调高系统能够实现对采煤机滚筒调高轨迹的精确控制;闭环控制系统控制性能优于开环控制系统。
The traditional shearer drum lifting system can not be used to control the path of shearer drum accurately.Applying electro-hydraulic proportional technology,a shearer drum hydraulic lifting system was designed.AMESim was used to model and simulate the electro-hydraulic proportional open-loop and closed-loop PID control systems of shearer drum lifting system and the results were analyzed.The simulation results show that the designed electro-hydraulic proportional control system can be used to control the path accurately.The closed-loop control system's control effect is better than that of the open-loop control system.
