Development of 1.2/50μs and 8/20μs Combination Wave Generator

摘要 由于低压电子设备中的电涌保护器受暂态过电压所导致的损毁、劣化问题日益凸显,需要对SPD产品进行组合波下的冲击测试。通过理论计算和软件仿真得出了符合IEC标准的实验波形,并在此基础上研制出最大幅值为10kV/5 kA的冲击组合波发生器。该设计优先采用无感电阻的绕制方法及采样电流采用自积分式罗氏线圈,使其具备测量精度高、误差范围小、灵敏度高、抗扰度强等特点。实验表明,研制的组合波仪器能够实测电涌保护器的冲击动作波形,为检验SPD是否损坏提供有效判据。 Tests should be carried out for surge protectors installed in low-voltage electronic devices under combined impulse wave to inspect whether the SPDs are damaged or deteriorated caused by transient overvoltages. A combination wave generator with maximum output of 10kV/SkA was designed based on the theoretical calculations and software simulation, the wave is in accordance with IEC standard.The design of the preferred method for winding non-inductive resistor and current sampling by self-integrating Rogowski coil, which has the characteristics of high measuring precision, small error range, high sensitivity, and strong immunity. The experiments show that the combination wave generator is able to effectively measure the impulse waveform after SPD action and provide effective criterion whether the SPDs are damaged or aged.
