摘要
研制成总发光象素为122 880个的多色半导体发光显示屏.探讨了发光象元结构对出光效率和光强角分布的影响及第三色控制问题.描述了采用三级计算机系统控制屏幕显示的硬件和软件特点.
A multi-colour LED flat panel display has been fabricated with 122880 (160XXXXXXXX768, matrix) picture elements. The influence of the structure of picture elements on LED flux output efficiency and LED intensity polar distribution is investigated. The mix-colour problem, the hardwares and softwares of the three stages computers used for the display are described.
