摘要
在500L聚合装置中,以正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、四氯化锡为偶联剂,合成了锡偶联型苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯三元共聚物(SIBR),并采用湿法充油技术制备了锡偶联型充油SIBR(Sn-Oil-SIBR),对其结构、性能以及将其作为轮胎胎面胶的性能进行了研究,并与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的性能进行了比较。结果表明,Sn-Oil-SIBR的拉伸强度超过17.0MPa,300%定伸应力大于8.5 MPa,扯断伸长率大于450%;玻璃化转变温度为-40~-37℃;0℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)值大于0.3500,60℃时的tanδ值小于0.1200,抗湿滑性和滚动阻力之间的平衡性较好,各项性能指标满足高性能轮胎对胎面胶的要求。与SSBR相比,Sn-Oil-SIBR的混炼行为接近,硫化速率较快,力学性能相当,用作胎面胶时滚动损失较低,抗湿滑性较好。
The tin-coupled styrene-isoprene-butadiene copolymer(SIBR) was synthesized with n-BuLi as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent,tin tetrachloride as coupling agent,and the oil-extended SIBR(Sn-Oil-SIBR) was prepared by mixing SIBR and aromatic oil in a 500 L pilot plant.The structure,properties and application in tread rubber of Sn-Oil-SIBR were investigated,and the performance of Sn-Oil-SIBR was compared with that of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR).The results showed that the tensile strength,modulus at 300%,elongation at break of Sn-Oil-SIBR was more than 17.0 MPa,8.5 MPa and 450% respectively.The glass transition temperature of Sn-Oil-SIBR ranged from-40 ℃ to-37 ℃,and the loss factor at 0 ℃ was more than 0.350 0 and at 60 ℃ less than 0.120 0,indicating Sn-Oil-SIBR possessed excellent balance between wet skid resistance and rolling resistance.The performance parameters of Sn-Oil-SIBR could meet the need of high performance tread rubber.Compared with SSBR,Sn-Oil-SIBR had similar mixing behavior and mechanical properties,faster vulcanization rate,lower rolling loss and higher wet skid resistance.
