碳纳米管在氯化聚乙烯橡胶发泡中的应用 被引量:3

Application of carbon nanotubes in chlorinated polyethylene rubber foams

摘要 对碳纳米管(CNT)进行了酸化、接枝处理,并将其应用于氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CPE)发泡复合材料中,考察了材料的硫化特性、发泡特性及导电性能。结果表明,CNT对CPE的硫化特性影响不大。对发泡特性的影响取决于CNT的处理方式;加入CNT后,发泡试样的表观密度明显降低,泡孔体积和发泡倍率增加,以加入酸化未接枝CNT的效果最明显。CNT的加入可以提高CPE发泡材料的导电性能,以酸化处理并接枝的CNT效果最好。 Carbon nanotube(CNT) was acidified and grafted first and then applied into chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)rubber foams,the curing characteristics,foaming properties and electrical conductivities of the foamed materials were investigated.The results showed that the effects of CNT on CPE's curing characteristics were unremarkble.The effect on foaming properties depended on the dealing approach to CNT.The apparent density decreased evidently,both the void volume and expansion ratio increased after CNT was added in foam concentrate,and the effects were the most obvious especially when adding acidified but not grafted CNT.The electrical conductivities of the foamed materials were improved by adding CNT,especially acidified but not grafted CNT.
