摘要
采用多元线性回归法,建立了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)基复合材料的耐磨性和其他力学性能的关系模型,并用SSBR基复合材料的阿克隆磨耗实测数据对该模型进行了验证,同时考察了影响复合材料耐磨性的关键因素。结果表明,以阿克隆磨耗量作为因变量y,分别以邵尔A硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、300%定伸应力/100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度和永久变形作为自变量x1,x2,…,x8,其关系模型为:y=0.623 5-0.006 3x1+0.395 3x2-0.111 1x3+0.149 8x4-0.013 1x5-0.000 7x6+0.000 9x7+0.008 2x8,其线性相关系数为0.939,方差为0.000 7;准确率在90.90%左右;300%定伸应力和扯断伸长率对SSBR基复合材料的耐磨性有显著影响。
A relationship model between abrasion resistance and the mechanical properties of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) based composites was established by utilizing method of multiple linear regression,and the true testing value of Akron abrasion was used to verify the model.Meanwhile,the key factors affecting the abrasion resistance of rubber composites were investigated.The relationship model y=0.623 5-0.006 3x1+0.395 3x2-0.111 1x3+0.149 8x4-0.013 1x5-0.000 7x6+0.000 9x7+0.008 2x8 was established with Akron abrasion as dependent variable y,and Shore A hardness,modulus at 100%,modulus at 300%,modulus at 300%/modulus at 100%,tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength,permanent set as independent variables x1,x2,…,x8 respectively.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.939,variance was 0.000 7,and the prediction accuracy of the model was 90.90% or so.Modulus at 300% and elongation at break had the significant effect on abrasion resistance of SSBR based composites.
