摘要
研究了用于氢电解槽的数字控制电力电子模块。提出以光伏作为主要能源,以分布式发电的方式进行氢气制备的系统架构,并对系统负载电解槽进行了小信号建模。在此基础上设计了双相降压数字电力电子模块,将光伏输出进行电平与功率的匹配供给氢电解槽使用。系统采用dsPIC33FJ64GS606数字信号控制器实现系统闭环电流模式控制和光伏最大功率追踪。实验结果表明系统达到了预期的效果。
This paper investigates the digital power converter module for hydrogen electrolyzer.This research proposes the hydrogen electrolysis system supplied by distributed solar panels,the small signal model of the electrolyzer stack is obtained via experimental tests,the solar interfaced dual-phase step-down power converter with digital control is designed, which provides voltage matching and maximum power transfer for the electrolyzer stack.The digital signal controller dsPIC33FJ64GS606 is used to implement the current mode control of power converter module and maximum solar power transfer.The experimental results show satisfactory performance and indicates the feasibility of the proposed design.
