滋水平肝汤治疗原发性高血压(阳亢阴虚型)的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Zishui Pinggan Decoction on Treating Primary Hypertension(Hyperactivity of Yang Due to Yin Deficiency Type)

目的：观察滋水平肝汤治疗阳亢阴虚型原发性高血压的治疗效果。方法：对2009年5月~2010年5月间在本院循环内科住院治疗的患者中筛选得80例阳亢阴虚型原发性高血压患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者口服辛伐他汀、氨氯地平和阿司匹林肠溶片;实验组在对照组的基础上服用滋水平肝汤,两组疗程均为1个月。对治疗前后两组患者睾酮和血脂水平、雌二醇水平、症状和体征进行统计学分析。结果：总治疗效果和降压有效率、中医症候积分以及降压具体效果均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;激素水平两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：滋水平肝汤可以有效地改善阳亢阴虚型原发性高血压患者的临床症状,并且提高雌二醇和睾酮水平。

Objective： To investigate the effects of treating deficiency of primary hypertension by Zishui Pinggan Decoction. Methods： Choosing hospitalization patients 80 cases from 2009 May to 2012 May in our hospital,randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,each group of 40 cases. The controlle group patients oral simvastatin,amlodipine and aspirin enteric-coated tablets; the experimental group taking Zishui Pinggan Decoction on the basis of the controlled group; treated for one month. Statistical analysis of the two groups on the blood lipid level of testosterone,estradiol levels,symptoms and signs. Results： The total therapeutic effect and antihypertensive efficiency,TCM syndrome integral and the antihypertensive effects were significantly better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; there were significant differences between the two groups,levels of the hormone（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Zishui Pinggan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hyperactivity of deficiency type hypertension patients,and improve the level of testosterone and estradiol.
