中西医结合治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Treating Infertility of Luteal Phase Defect

目的:观察桃红四物汤加味联合克罗米芬治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症的临床效果。方法:将临床确诊为黄体功能不全性不孕症的患者60例随机分为两组,对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,治疗组加服桃红四物汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组治疗前后血清性激素水平变化情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组基础体温改善率,总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加味联合克罗米芬治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症的疗效显著,提高妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： Observing the clinical effect of infertility of luteal phase defect by Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with clomiphene. Methods： Clinic diagnosis for infertility of luteal phase defect patients： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the controlled group were given clomiphene therapy,the treatment group added Taohong Siwu Decoction,and clinical effects were observed. Results： The changes of serum sex hormone levels in treatment group before and after treatment was significantly better than the controlled group（ P 0. 05）; the treatment group based temperature improvement rate,total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of infertility of luteal phase defect treatment of Taohong Siwu Decoction with clomifene is significant,and can improve the pregnancy rate,it＇ s worthy of clinical application.
