独活寄生汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Curative Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and it’s Series on Treating Lumbar Disc Hernition

目的:观察独活寄生汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用独活寄生汤加减配合针刺治疗;对照组不予以独活寄生汤加减治疗,其他治疗与观察组相同。两组均每周治疗5次,10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、下腰痛临床症状(JOA)评分,并进行临床疗效评定。结果:观察组痊愈率60.0%(18/30),优于对照组的33.3%(10/30,P<0.01);观察组有效率93.3%(28/30),亦优于对照组的86.7%(27/30,P<0.01);两组治疗后疼痛VAS评分、JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.01),观察组治疗后以上评分较对照组改善更明显(均P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of the varied dosages of acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion（ LIDP）. Methods： Sixty cases were randomly divided into an observation group（ 30 cases） and a controlled group（ 30 cases）. The observation group was treated with the varied dosages of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and acupuncture. The controlled group was only treated with acupuncture and treatment was same as the observation group. The pain VAS score and JOA score for the clinical symptoms of lower lumber pain were observed before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy was assessed. Results： The cured rate of the observation group was 60. 0% that was higher than that of the controlled group which was 33. 3%（ P 0. 01）. The cured and markedly effective rate of observation group was 93. 3% that was also higher than that of the controlled group which was 86. 7%（ P 0. 01）. VAS score and JOA score after treatment were apparently improved as compared with those before treatment in two groups（ all P 0. 01）. The improvements of the above scores in the observation group were much more obvious than those in the controlled group（ both P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The varied dosages of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction with acupuncture has outstanding effect on treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
