穴位透皮刺激复合腰腧穴麻醉法用于老年患者PPH手术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoints Transdermal Stimulation Combining with Lumbar Acupoints Anesthesia Used for Elderly Patients with PPH Surgery

目的:观察穴位透皮刺激复合腰腧穴麻醉用于老年患者PPH手术的麻醉效果。方法:回顾分析应用腰腧穴麻醉、穴位透皮刺激复合腰腧穴麻醉用于老年患者PPH手术各30例的临床资料。结果:穴位透皮刺激复合腰腧穴麻醉用于PPH手术具有术中患者舒适,术中、术后并发症少及安全等优点。结论:穴位透皮刺激复合腰腧穴麻醉更适用于老年患者PPH手术。

Objective： To observe the anesthesia effect of acupoints transdermal stimulation combining with lumbar acupoints anesthesia used for elderly patients with PPH surgery. Methods： Retrospective analysis of application of lumbar anesthesia,acupuncture acupoints through skin stimulus compound lumbar anesthesia surgery for elderly patients with PPH in clinical data of 30 cases each. Results： Acupuncture points through skin stimulus compound lumbar anesthesia used for PPH surgery of patients was intraoperative comfortable,less intraoperative,postoperative complications and safety,etc. Conclusion： Acupuncture points through skin stimulus compound lumbar anesthesia is more suitable for elderly patients with PPH surgery.
