摘要
目的:观察中医体质不同型患者膳食调护对高血压病的效果,体现了中医药的"简、便、效、廉"的优势,同时对控制血压、预防并发症具有重要的临床诊疗现实意义。方法:对我院门诊及住院110名高血压患者通过体质调查问卷对其进行辨证辨识,并根据其结果对其进行相应的膳食调护指导,并每周进行门诊或电话回访进行膳食指导。经3个月观察后再次通过体质调查问卷对高血压患者进行体质辨识,分析膳食调护后对高血压病患者在纠正体质偏倚方面的作用。结果:结合体质辨识对高血压病患者进行膳食调护减少了偏倚体质的患者例数,调护前后比较有统计学差异。结论:高血压病是一终身疾病,要求长期服用降压药物,由此带来的各种副反应和沉重的经济负担,是亟待解决的一大难题。在中医体质学说指导下的膳食调护在改善高血压患者体质偏倚方面具有良好的作用,值得在临床普及应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of TCM constitution in nursing hypertension patients with diet,to reflect the advantages of TCM "simple,convenient,effective,inexpensive",and to play a important role to control blood pressure and to prevent complications. Methods: To choose 110 hypertensive patients including hospital outpatients and inpatients,and to syndrome identification through physical fitness questionnaire,so as to do diets nursing based on the results. Furthermore,we provided dietary guidance based on weekly clinic or telephone. After three months,we did physical identification analysis again and analyzed the result of diet nursing of hypertension patients. Results: Based on the number of patients were significantly different before and after nursing to identify the statistical difference. Conclusion: Hypertension is a lifelong disease,asking for long-term antihypertensive medication. The resulting variety of side effects and a heavy economic burden,is a major problem to be solved. Diet nursing in the theory of TCM constitution has a good effect in improving the bias of hypertensive patients,which is worthy to be promoted.
