芪苓益气片对103例HIV感染者临床症状影响的研究

Clinical Study on Symptoms Improvement of Qiling Yiqi Tablets for 103 Cases of HIV-infected Persons

目的:观察芪苓益气片对HIV感染者临床症状和体征影响的研究。方法:对103例坚持服用芪苓益气片42个月的HIV感染者,采用自身前后对照,观察其治疗后9个时间点的临床症状、体征积分、卡洛夫斯基积分、感冒次数、体重变化情况。结果:在总积分、大部分症状体征积分、卡洛夫斯基积分及体重情况,自身对照治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对感冒次数的影响,仅在疗后6、24月末感冒次数变化有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苓益气片可明显改善HIV感染者的临床症状和体征,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiling Yiqi Tablets for the treatment of HIV-infected persons. Methods： 103 HIV-infected persons who had insisted on taking Qiling Yiqi Tablets for 42 months were given self-controlled tri- al. Results： The clinical symptoms and signs credits, Carlo Minkowski integral and body weight were improved. There were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The impact on the number of colds had significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） at the 6 and the 24 month. Conclusion： Qiling Yiqi Tablets is an effective and safe method for HIV-infected persons to improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and quality of life.
