复方太子参片的药效学实验研究

Pharmacodynamic experiment study on compound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets

目的对复方太子参片的主要药效学进行观察,为该药的临床应用提供药效学实验依据。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察其抗炎作用;通过小鼠氨水引咳实验,观察其镇咳作用;通过大鼠毛细管祛痰实验,观察其祛痰作用;通过磷酸组胺致豚鼠哮喘实验,观察其平喘作用。结果复方太子参片能降低二甲苯导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,具有明显的抗炎作用;能显著抑制25%氨水诱发的小鼠咳嗽;能明显增加大鼠痰量的排出;能有效抑制磷酸组胺诱发的豚鼠哮喘。结论复方太子参片具有抗炎、止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

Objective To observe the main pharmacodynamics of compound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets so as to provide pharmacodynamic basis for its clinical application.Methods Through dimethylbenzene-caused mice auricular swelling experiment to observe the anti-inflammatory action, through mice ammonia-caused coughing experiment to observe the antitussive effect, through rat capillary removing phlegm experiment to observe the phlegm removing effect, through histamine diphosphate-caused guinea pig asthma experiment observe the relieving asthma effect. Results Compound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets can reduce the swelling degree of mice auricular swelling with clear anti-inflammatory action,control 25% of ammonia-caused mice coughing, clearly increase the discharge of rat phlegm amount,and effectively restrain histamine diphosphate-caused guinea pig asthma.Gonclusion Compound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets have the effects of anti-inflammation, cough relieving,phlegm eliminating, and asthma relieving.
