疗养飞行人员人格特征调查分析

Investigation and analysis of personality characteristics among flight personnel in rehabilitation

目的评估疗养飞行员的人格特征状况,为飞行人员心理选拔、心理训练提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF),与空勤人员年度健康大体检同时进行心理测评。结果飞行人员16PF的基本人格因素乐群性(A)、聪慧性(B)、稳定性(C)、兴奋性(F)、自律性(Q3)和次级因素内向与外向型(X2)、心理健康(Y1)及专业成就因素(Y2)得分显著高于军人男常模(t=4.09、6.45、3.27、7.01、2.76、5.33、6.76、2.96,P<0.001和P<0.01);而基本人格因素怀疑性(L)、忧虑性(O)、独立性(Q2)、紧张性(Q4)和次级因素适应与焦虑型(X1)、创造能力因素(Y3)、新环境成长能力因素(Y4)得分显著低于军人男常模(t=6.21、5.76、5.80、4.25、5.55、24.86、17.28,P<0.001和P<0.01);两组间比较差异有高度统计学意义。飞行人员社会预测因素与双重个性因素综合分析显示飞行人员性格外向开朗者占53.49%;遇事沉着机警,果断刚毅者占27.27%;心理健康因素高分的人群占74.24%。结论疗养飞行人员具有良好的人格特征,为从事飞行职业活动提供了良好的人格基础。

Objective To assess the personality characteristics status of the rehabilitated flight personnel, and provide basis for psy- chological selection, psychological training for flight personnel.Methods Cartel 16 Personality Factor Test（ 16PF）was adopted for psycho- logical evaluation which was conducted with aircrew annual health examination. Results The scores of flight personnel 16PF basic per- sonality factors of gregariousness （A）, intelligence （B）, stability （C）, excitement （F）, self-discipline （Q3）and within the sub-factors intro- vert-extrovert（X2）,psychological health（Y0and professional achievement factors（Y2）were significantly higher than those of the soldier male norm（t = 4.09,6.45,3.27,7.01,2.76,5.33,6.76,2.96, P 〈 0.001 and P 〈 0.01 ） ; while the scores of basic personality factors of vigilance（L） ,anxiety（O）, independence（Q2）,tension（Q4）and secondary factors adaption and anxiety（Xl）,creativity（Y3）and growth ability in new environment （Y4）were significantly lower than those of the soldier male no rm（t = 6.21,5.76,5.80,4.25,5.55,24.86,17.28, P 〈 0.001 and P 〈 0.0t ）;The differences between the two groups were of high statistical significance. Social predictive factors of flight personnel with a dual personality factor analysis showed that 53.49% of the flight personnel were extroverted and cheerful, 27.27% were calm and alert, decisive and resolute, 74.24% had high scores in mental health factors.Conclusion Rehabilitated flight personnel have favorable personality characteristics, which lays a ~,ood oersonalitv foundation for flight occupational activity.
