新医改形势下烟台市社区卫生服务患者满意度调查分析

Patients Satisfaction of Yantai Community Health Service under New Medical Reform

目的了解新医改形势下烟台市居民对社区卫生服务的整体认知程度及满意度评价情况,探讨满意度的主要影响因素。方法对烟台市社区卫生服务机构就诊患者进行问卷调查,采用因子分析构建社区卫生服务满意度评价指标体系,采用多元logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果烟台市社区卫生服务机构就诊患者总体满意度较高,服务态度、保护患者隐私的满意度评分较高,收费情况满意度偏低。文化程度和医疗费用支付方式是影响满意度的主要因素。结论合理增设服务项目、加快社区卫生服务与基本医疗保险的衔接等以提高社区卫生服务总体满意度。

Objective To survey the knowledge and satisfac- tion of the new medical reform of Yantai Community Health Service and find the influencing factors of satisfaction. Methods Carry on the ques- tionnaire survey to the Yantai Community Health Service organization, u- sing factor analysis to build the evaluation index system of satisfaction and multivariate Logistic regression for influencing factors analysis. Results The overall satisfaction mark is high in Yantai. In details, attitude of service and protecting patient privacy get higher satisfaction mark;Fees fractions are significantly lower. Education and medical expenses of payment are ma- jor factors affecting satisfaction. Conclusion In order to enhance the o- verall degree of satisfaction of the Community Health Service, adding serv- ice items, contacting Community Health Service and medical insurance are hardly needed.
