南京城乡规划用地管理信息化体系建设与研究

Construction of land management information system of urban planning for Nanjing

随着城乡建设的快速发展和智慧城市概念提出,借助信息化的手段,以技术创新带动管理创新成为服务城市管理发展的重要途径。本文以南京市城乡规划用地管理为例,分析实现信息化建设框架体系,并建设城乡规划用地辅助管理决策支撑平台,促进城乡规划用地精细化管理。

With the rapid development of urban construction and the proposed concept of Wisdom City, it become an important way to serve for the development of urban management to drive management innovation by technical innovation on means of informatization. In this paper, it tool〈 the Nanjing urban planning land management for example, constructed an informatization frame system, and developed a decision support platform of urban planning land management, in order to promote the refined management of urban pla ning lands.
