摘要
本文以云南省盈江县5.8级地震的监测评估过程为例,介绍了利用无人机遥感系统等手段对地震进行应急监测评估的方法,并重点对灾区的房屋倒损进行了实物量评估。结果表明:低空无人机遥感系统监测到地震后房屋有明显倒损现象,利用地面调查数据验证,证明了评估结果具有较高的准确性;无人机遥感系统可以保证应急评估的时效性,特别适合于地震等重大自然灾害遥感应急评估工作。
This paper taking the Yingjiang earthquake monitoring and evaluation process for an example, introduced the method of using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) remote sensing system for earthquake emergency monitoring evaluation, especially emphatical- ly evaluate and estimate the building collapse and damage situation of the disaster area. The results showed that the UAV remote sens- ing system had monitored that there was a serious building damage of Yingjiang earthquake. By making use of the ground survey data, it was proved that UAV remote sensing system could guarantee the efficiency of emergency assessment with a high accuracy, and helpful to organize large-scale collaborative operation, particularly suitable for earthquake and major natural disasters remote sensing emergency evaluation.
