摘要
摆式加速度计通常被安装在仪器盒中,以装在仪器盒外壳上的基准镜作为参考建立坐标系,测量加速度计输入轴相对于基准镜坐标系的几何关系从而获得加速度计输入轴的实际指向。按照国军标在分度头上进行四点翻滚实验,能够很方便地测量加速度计输入轴相对于输入基准轴的失准角。利用基准镜法线调节水平方法将基准镜的法线在初始时刻调节到水平方向,从而能够通过四点翻滚实验精确测量加速度计的失准角,建立加速度计的输入轴与基准镜坐标系之间的关系。
Pendulous accelerometers are usually mounted in boxes, using the reference mirror attached to the box as the reference to set coordinates, the orientation of the input axis of the accelerometer can be obtained through measuring the misalignment of the input axis with respect to the input reference axis. According to GJB, using a dividing head with four-point tumble test method, the misalign- ment of the input axis with respect to the input reference axis will be conveniently obtained. Using the reference mirror normal horizon- tal adjustment method to make the original normal orientating horizontal, the misalignment of the input axis with respect to the input ref- erence axis could be precisely measured by four-point tumble test, and the relation between the input axis of the accelerometer and the reference mirror coordinate would be obtained.
