《数字地图制图》教学改革探讨

Discussion on teaching reform practice of Digital Cartography Course

《数字地图制图》是地图学专业人才培养的特色课程之一。本文阐述了数字环境下地图制图的内涵和实践方式的变化,提出其立足于多学科交叉、面向地图服务的课程定位,分别从理论和技术两个方面提出了课程教学目标,提出了数字地图制图的类金字塔型的课程体系,并就优化课程教学内容与教学方式进行了探讨。

Digital cartography is one of the major characteristic courses for personnel training in Cartography. For the purpose of catching up with the development of cartography in digital environment, this paper discussed the teaching reform issue of digital cartog- raphy. At first, it described the changes among the concepts of cartography and their practice modes, while the course orientation of digital cartography was discussed concerning its interdisciplinary-based and map-service-oriented features. Then, according to its out- standing integrative nature, the teaching aims in both theoretic and technologic folds were suggested, and the knowledge hierarchy of the course was illustrated as the resembling in shape of pyramid. At last, the optimized teaching contents and teaching practices were advanced in expectation of contributing to the high quality personnel training in digital cartography.
