摘要
通过引入吸电子苯磺酸(PhSO3-)配体用以改性二氯化镁(MgCl2)负载四氯化钛(TiCl4)催化剂,制备出新型高活性MgCl2负载[TiCl3]+PhSO3-催化剂;将该催化剂应用于乙烯均聚合及乙烯-降冰片烯共聚合,并通过核磁共振(1H-NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对所制备的聚合物进行了测试与表征。结果表明,新型高活性MgCl2负载[TiCl3]+PhSO3-催化剂较典型Ziegler-Natta催化剂活性高,且可应用于乙烯-降冰片烯的共聚合。通过新型催化剂制备的乙烯-降冰片烯共聚物相对分子质量呈单峰分布,且相对分子质量分布窄。
In this research,a novel MgCl2 supported[TiCl3]+PhSO3-catalyst was prepared through introducing electron withdrawing benzenesulfonic ligand to typical Ziegler-Natta catalyst.The polymerization behaviors of ethylene-norbornene were studied and the resulting copolymers were characterized by 1H-NMR,DSC,TGA and GPC.It was shown that the activity of novel MgCl2 supported[TiCl3]+PhSO3-catalyst was higher than that of typical Ziegler-Natta catalyst.In addition,the GPC curve of the obtained ethylene-norbornene copolymer shows a unimodal distribution.
