冠心丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效及对血脂和血液流变学的影响

Effects of Guanxin Danshen dripping pills combined with simvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effects on blood lipid and blood rheology

目的:探讨冠心丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法:选择我院心内科收治的106例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组(53例)给予辛伐他汀治疗,研究组(53例)给予冠心丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀治疗,均治疗4周。疗程结束后,观察2组治疗的临床疗效及对血脂和血液流变学的影响。结果:研究组治疗后的总有效率为94.4%明显高于对照组的77.4%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各血脂水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);除红细胞压积外,研究组治疗后各血液流变学指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,能显著改善血脂水平和血液流变学指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills combined with simvastatin in treatment of angina pectoris and its impact on lipid and hemorheology. Methods： 106 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （53 cases） was given simvastatin while the study group （53 cases） was given Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills combined with simvastatin, and all of the patients were treated for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, lipid and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment, the total effective rate was 94.4% of the observation group significantly higher than 77.4% of the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; after the treatment, the lipid levels of the study group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after the treatment, in addition to hematocrit, the hemorheology of the study group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills combined with simvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris has good clinical efficacy, it can significantly improve lipid and hemorheology levels, and it is worth to be applied in clinical.
