对非师范类综合性高校体育学硕士研究生培养的思考

On the Cultivation of Master Degree Students in Physical Education in Non-Normal Universities

由于近几年的"扩点增招",许多非师范类综合性普通高校也获得了体育学硕士点,但是在对体育学硕士研究生的培养目标甚至是课程设置上都没有一个清醒的认识,主要表现在培养目标雷同,课程设置滞后,师资学术力量薄弱等方面,大大影响了体育学硕士研究生的培养质量,没有体现出综合性高校毕业生的竞争优势和特点。依据社会需求,结合各高校自身的特点,明确培养目标,进行合理的课程设置,培养带有本校特色的跨学科应用型高级体育人才是非师范类综合性高校培养体育学硕士研究生的发展方向。

There are many problems in the cultivation of Master Degree Students in Physical Education in non-normal universities in recent years,such as the similar training objectives and insufficient teaching group,etc..This paper argues that these higher institutions should clarify the training objectives and rationalize the curriculum and so on,in order to cultivate qualified graduates with unique characteristics of their universities.
