从近三届世界体操锦标赛看女子跳马技术发展新趋势

A Study of the New Technological Trend in Women's Vault in the Recent Three-Year World Gymnastics Championships

采用文献资料法、数理统计和录像观察法,对2009-2012年体操新规则执行后,第41、42和43届世界体操锦标赛女子跳马决赛中选手所使用动作的难度、类型以及完成情况等进行统计分析。结果发现:有至少一个6.3分以上的高难动作的基础上,保证动作完成质量和提高落地稳定性是取胜的关键。世界优秀女子跳马选手的主流动作类型是踺子后手翻类、踺子后手翻转体180°类和前手翻类;踺子后手翻类结合踺子后手翻转体180°类是绝大多数优秀选手的两跳动作的最佳组合,而当今世界优秀女子跳马选手两跳动作组合方式也呈现多方向发展的趋势。

This paper analyzes the difficulty,type of gymnastics and the finished movement of women＇s vault final in 41st,42nd and 43rd World Gymnastics Championships in 2009-2012 through documents,mathematical statistics and video observation.The result shows that in order to win the game there should be at least one over-difficult movement with the point above 6.3 and the whole movement is completely finished with landing stability.The outstanding women＇s vault athletes in today＇s world presents diversified movements in the two hops.
