本文通过对T型线槽接头零件的工艺分析，合理地确定了模具中的推出机构、浇注系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构等机构的结构形式。本文还阐述了模具的工作过程。模具采用了1模2腔的结构。

in this paper, by analyzing the process of T type slot connector parts, die structure of ejecting mechanism, gating system, side parting and core pulling mechanism to determine the reasonable mechanism. This paper also describes the working process of the mould. The mold used 1 mold 2 cavity structure.
