热镀锌钢丝酸洗工艺的研究

摘要 钢丝在空气中形成锈,其主要成分是:Fe(OH)3和Fe2O3,呈红褐色,钢丝在热处理时,形成氧化铁皮,其主要成分火致是:从钢丝表面起向外共分三层即FeO,Fe3O4,Fe2O3。酸洗是为了清除钢丝表面铁锈等杂质污物,并可活化表面。酸洗后再进行水洗,目的是洗去残酸,以及洗去酸后的不溶物(它称为“黑灰”,主要是Fe3O4和FeC等)。 Steel wire becomes rusty in the air. The main elements of the rust are: Fe(OH)3 and Fe2O3, in reddish brown. During heat treatment, the steel wire forms scale, with three layers, i.e. FeO, Fe3O4, Fe2O3 divided from the surface of the wire. Pickling is to rinse rust and other impurities covered on the wire and to activate its surface. Using water after pickling aims at eliminating the acid and insoluble substance (which is called "soot", mainly composed by Fe3O4 and Fe3C, etc.).
