以凝析油为基础油的汽油调合数学模型

Mathematic Model Related with Condensate Oil Blending

通过以凝析油为基础油的汽油调合实验,得到调合汽油组分的最佳调配比,调配出了满足国Ⅲ标准的汽油。利用Matlab数学模型设计软件,分别对调合汽油的质量指标及各组分的体积进行了模拟计算。结果表明,调合汽油的辛烷值、蒸汽压与各组分之间存在良好的多元线性关系。

Gasoline are blended with condensate oil as base oil, the gasoline obtained under the optimum blending conditions can meet the requirements of GB III standard gasoline. The relations between the quality factor of blending oil and the proportion of additives were simulated by Matlab through the experimental data. The results indicate that the octane number and vapor pressure have good multi-linear eorrelationship with the proportion of additives.
