基于数点和Photoshop像素法双相钢堆焊层铁素体含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用数点法和Photoshop像素法两种方法,测量ER2209双相不锈钢堆焊层中铁素体相体积分数,结果表明,数点法和Photoshop像素法测量ER2209双相不锈钢堆焊层中铁素体相体积分数分别为50.1%和56.5%,测量值均在30%~60%,其结果满足双相不锈钢相比例的要求。Photoshop像素法测量的铁素体相体积分数φα的标准偏差S为2.06%,而数点法测量的铁素体相体积分数φα的标准偏差S为4.89%,用Photoshop像素法测量铁素体相体积分数会更加精确。 Counting and Photoshop pixel method were used to steel layering, the result shows that ferrite volume percentage measure ferrite volume percentage of ER2209 duplex stainless of layering respectively is 50.1% and 56.50% by counting and Photoshop pixel method, the values are in between 30% and 60%, the outcome meets to phase ration requirements. Standard deviation of ferrite volume percentage Ф is 2.06 % by Photoshop pixel method, but that is 4.89 % by counting, compared with two methods, Photoshop pixel method is better to measure ferrite volume percentage of duplex stainless steel layering.
