摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞(Retinal Vein Occlusion,RVO)是临床中较常见的视网膜血管性疾病之一,以静脉扩张,视网膜出血、水肿、渗出等为主要眼底表现,并可出现视乳头水肿,虹膜新生血管等变症。发病急、病程长、视力损害严重,是仅次于糖尿病视网膜病变的第二大致盲性视网膜血管病。五轮学说是中医眼科独有的理论,其精髓在于将五脏生理病理与眼相关组织有机的结合并指导治疗。RVO发生、发展过程中病理改变与五脏病机十分吻合,将其指导临床,可有较好疗效。
Retinal vein occlusion （ RVO ） is one of the common retinal vascular diseases in clinical research, and the second blinding retinal vascular disease after the diabetic retinopathy. The holism and syndrome differentiation treatment are the essence of traditional Chinese medicine. Five-wheel theory has been well developed from the viewpoints of eye anatomy, inspection and microcosmic syndrome differentiation. As a result, we decide to use five-wheel theory to explain the treatment of RVO.
