摘要
目的:研究黄芩及其复方汤剂清热燥湿、泻火解毒的药效组分,探讨饮片配伍、剂型与药效组分的相关性,为新药的研发和质量评价体系的建立提供科学数据。方法:采用单味药、药对和复方及其制剂对应的方法制备样品并进行对照,采用反相高效液相色谱法RP-HPLC测定药效组分的含量。结果:黄芩的药效组分是黄芩苷-汉黄芩苷-黄芩素-汉黄芩素,其含量依次为(47.602±0.736)、(9.11±0.068)、(4.782±0.174)、(1.286±0.071)mg·g-1。结论:黄芩药效组分黄芩苷-汉黄芩苷-黄芩素-汉黄芩素,其清热燥湿组分是26.38∶4.96∶2.60∶1;其泻火解毒组分是28.83∶5.42∶1.89∶1。且各药效组分之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。药效组分与配伍和剂型相关,同一个单味药,由于配伍不同,其药效组分不同。
Objective : To analyze the active component alignments ( ACAs ) of seutellaria and its prescriptions on the basis of functions of clearing away heat and eliminating dampness and purging fire and removing toxic materiaLTo study the correlation of compatibility of medicines, formulation and active components alignments.To provide scientific data for the discovery of new traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of its quality evaluation methods. Methods : The samples of scutellaria and its prescriptions were prepared by the classic Chinese medicine preparation method.The ACAs was determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC ) compatibility. Results : The ACAs of scutellaria were baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin.The contents of those ACA respectively were ( 47.602 ± 0.736 ) mg .g-1, ( 9.11 ± 0.068 )mg . g-1, ( 4.782± 0.174 )mg .g-1, ( 1.286 ± 0.071 ) mg - g-1. Conclusions : The ACAs of scutellaria were baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin.The ACA proportions of heat-clearing and damp-drying function were 26.38 : 4.96 : 2.60 : 1. The ACA proportions of purging fire for removing toxin function were 28.83 : 5.42 : 1.89 : 1. There were high significant differences among all functions ( P〈0.01 ) .The active components alignments were correlating with compatibility of medicines and formulation.The ACAs were different because of different formulations as in the same traditional Chinese medicine.
