特型小针刀对侧切结合硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Typecast Acupotomy on Contralateral Cut Combined with Nitroglycerin Ointment in Treatment of Anal Fissure

目的:探讨特型小针刀对侧切结合硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性肛裂患者采用特型小针刀对侧切的方法手术;术后以0.2%的硝酸甘油软膏换药涂搽创面直至愈合,观察近期治愈率、术后一年治愈率等指标。结果:120例肛裂患者中107例治愈,7例好转,6例未愈。结论:特型小针刀对侧切结合硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of typecast acupotomy on contralateral cut combined with nitroglycerin ointment for anal fissure. Methods： 120 cases of chronic anal fissure were treated by typecast acupotomy on contralateral cut method operation.After operation, 0.2% of nitroglycerin ointment was used for the wounds until it was healed.The recent cure rate and long cure rate were observed. Results：Among 120 cases of patients with anal fissure, 107 cases were cured; 7 cases were improved; 6 patients were recovered. Conclusion ： Typecast acupotomy on contralateral cut combined with nitroglycerin ointment treatment of anal fissure has obvious clinical curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
