比较捣法、提插法与雀啄法三种针刺手法异同

Comparsion of Pounding Method,Lifting and Thrusting Method and Bird-Pecking Method of Acupuncture Manipulations in Similarities and Differences

针刺手法是影响针灸疗效的重要因素。针刺手法具有较强的实践操作性,现代医家对古籍中针刺手法的记载更有着不同的理解和发挥,故产生了种类多样的针刺手法。捣法、提插法与雀啄法均是以上下进退为主要操作形式的针刺手法,三者操作形式类似,但是,由于针刺幅度和频率不同,在临床治疗中产生的效果亦各不相同。捣法以大幅度的重捣轻提为主要操作特点,体现刺激量大、针感强的特征;提插法以幅度均匀的上提下插为主要操作特点,刺激量与针感因人因病等各异;雀啄法以进针原处的小幅度高频率的提插动作为主要操作特点,侧重于下插,刺激量与针感略小。临床应用中,可以根据病情的需要,运用不同刺激方式,对穴位发挥不同作用,从而提高临床疗效。

The effects of acupuncture and moxibustion manipulation are important factors of curative effect. Acupuncture manipulation has strong operational practice. The modern medicine has different understanding and operational methods about the ancient acupuncture records. It produced a variety of acupuncture manipulations. Pounding method, lifting and thrusting method and the bird-pecking method are the similar three methods which are manipulated up and down as the main form. The three methods are similar in form, but as the amplitude and frequency of different acupuncture manipulations, the effect is different in the clinical treatment.Pounding method is characterized with heavy pounding and light lifting with large stimulus and strong needling sense. Lifting and thrusting method is mainly characterized with lifting up and thrusting down and the stimulus and needling sense depend on individual conditions. The bird-pecking method is characterized with quick lifting and thrusting in situ with small range and high frequency and the main operating is thrusting. The stimulus as well as the needling sense is little. In clinical application, based on the needs of conditions of patients, these methods can be used by using different stimulations and playing different roles on acupuncture points so as to improve the clinical curative effect.
