眩晕患者中医辨证护理体会

Experience of TCM Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Vertigo

目的:探讨眩晕患者的中医辨证护理疗效。方法:将80例眩晕患者随机分为中医辨证施护观察组和西医常规护理对照组,对照组给予西医常规护理,观察组根据中医辨证的结果给予中医辨证施护。结果:中医辨证施护组有效率95%,常规护理组有效率72.5%,两组护理结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护对眩晕患者有较好的疗效。

Objective ： To discuss the effect of TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation of vertigo. Methods ： 80 cases of vertigo patients were randomly divided into observation group of TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation and control group of routine nursing. The control group was given Western medicine routine nursing while the observation group given TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation. Results ： The effective rate of the observation group was 95% and of the control group was 72.5%. The difference between the two groups had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation has satisfactory effect on treating vertigo.
