Effect of Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Program to Patients with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

摘要目的:探讨规范化中医护理方案对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后下尿路症候群(LUTS)的影响。方法:干预组在常规治疗的基础上采用规范化中医护理方案,对照组常规治疗的基础上采用常规护理,比较两组的生活质量评分、前列腺症状评分等情况。结果:干预组在生活质量评分、前列腺症状评分等方面均优于对照组。结论:对TURP术后出现LUTS的患者,在常规治疗前提下,采用规范化中医护理方案,可提高患者的生活质量,加快患者的康复,有效促进LUTS症状的缓解。 Objective ： To investigate the effect of the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program to the patients with lower urinary tract symptoms （ LUTS ） after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods ： The intervention group used the conventional treatment based on the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program; the standing orders of the control group treatment was based on routine care. The two groups were compared quality of life score and prostate symptom score. Results ： The intervention group in the quality of life score and prostate symptom score were better than those of the control group. Conclusions ： The patients with lower urinary tract symptoms （ LUTS ）after transurethral resection of the prostate, on the basis of conventional therapy, using standardization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program, can improve the quality of life of patients, accelerate rehabilitation of patients, and effectively alleviate the symptoms of LUTS.
