摘要
中国食品安全问题突出,急需一个标本兼治的解决方法,而物联网技术的发展,使物联网与食品安全两者结合起来,应用物联网技术到食品安全领域,成为一个走出"老问题、新要求、老办法"食品安全怪圈的新路子。探讨中国食品安全问题的物联网解决方法,提出应用物联网技术,科学推进追溯体系,是解决食品安全问题的一个有效途径,但要注意实施过程的科学性、可行性和可持续性。
Recently food safety problems burst in China. It＇s very urgent to find a solution to the problems in addressing both the symptoms and root causes, while the development of internet of things makes it possible. Applying internet of things to food safety problems becomes a new way to solve the ＂old problems, new requirements, old way＂ cycle. After discussing how to apply internet of things to China＇s food safety, this paper proposed that using internet of things technology and promoting traceability system scientifically would be an effective way to solve food safety problems, meanwhile great attention must be paid to the scientificity, feasibility and sustainability of the implementation process.
